Case Story: Pavle (VLLENTO) — Turning an E-commerce Operator Into the Face of His Industry

Pavle co-founded Funpunch — the #1 punching bag on Amazon and TikTok Shop, shipping 15,000 orders a day at peak — and runs CEO Camp, a mentorship for e-commerce founders. His reputation was already winning him clients, but his online presence didn’t reflect the operator he is. Bleu Media Group is rebuilding it from the ground up: positioned as an operator, filmed weekly in Warsaw in 4K, distributed across five platforms, with a funnel that turns viewers into CEO Camp applicants.

Background

Pavle is an operator. He built one of the top-selling products on Amazon and TikTok Shop and now mentors other e-commerce founders through CEO Camp. His reputation was already closing deals on its own — but there was no system behind it. His online presence read more like a lifestyle creator than someone running a high-volume operation, and that mismatch costs trust with exactly the founders he wants to work with.

He also had limited time. Funpunch’s busiest season runs through Q4, so whatever we built had to run with minimal input from him.

Goals

  • Reposition Pavle as an operator, not a lifestyle creator — credibility first.
  • Ship consistent long-form and short-form content every week without taking over his calendar.
  • Build a funnel behind the content so attention turns into qualified CEO Camp applications.
  • Capture the real operation — the warehouse, the volume, the numbers — as proof.

The algorithm is doing the distribution

49.7Kchannel views · 28 days
841watch hours · 28 days
+309subscribers · 28 days
26.2Kviews · one video, 10 days

In the last 28 days the channel pulled 49,681 views, 841 hours of watch time and 309 new subscribers — 44K more views, 721 more watch hours and 239 more subscribers than its usual month. That is roughly nine times the channel’s normal reach.

Most of it came from one long-form episode, “We Traveled To China” (the “20M in Q4” video). It hit 7.2K views in its first 24 hours and 26,222 views, 716 watch hours and 238 new subscribers within 10 days. 89% of those views came from YouTube’s browse features, meaning YouTube was actively recommending it to people who had never seen Pavle before — the clearest sign that the packaging (title, thumbnail, hook) and the retention are working.

The rebuild is in progress. We will update this story as the funnel goes live and the numbers compound.

The method

Positioning came first: operator, not lifestyle. Every story arc, hook and title is built around what Pavle has actually done — volume, systems, hard lessons — rather than aspiration. Pre-production turns that into scripts, founder-story episodes and shot lists.

Our production team films with him weekly in Warsaw in 4K: rooftop sit-downs, two-camera interviews in his apartment and on-site capture of the operation. Post-production handles editing, colour, motion, titles and thumbnails, then every long-form episode is cut into short-form and distributed across five platforms. A VSL and funnel sit behind the content so interest has somewhere to go.

Operational impact

Pavle’s job is to show up and film. Everything upstream and downstream — strategy, scripting, production, editing, distribution and the funnel — runs through one team, with a weekly strategy call to steer it. The result is a personal brand that finally matches the operator behind it, built as a revenue channel for CEO Camp rather than a vanity project.

Frequently asked questions

What is Bleu Media Group doing for Pavle?

We are rebuilding Pavle’s personal brand end to end: positioning, scripting, weekly 4K production in Warsaw, editing, distribution across five platforms, and a funnel and VSL behind the content.

How did one video get 26K views in 10 days?

Strong packaging and retention. 89% of the views came from YouTube’s browse features, meaning the algorithm recommended the video to new viewers because the title, thumbnail and first minute held attention.

How much time does a founder need to give?

Very little. The founder films and joins a weekly strategy call; our team handles strategy, production, editing, distribution and the funnel.
